Your account sends a variety of email notifications related to lead activity on your Agenta site. By default, all email notifications are sent to the Main Company Contact in your account. For instructions on how to view and configure your Main Company Contact, click HERE.
You can manage the recipients of email notifications using the Advanced Routing settings in your Agenta Leads Manager.
Login to your Agenta Dashboard, and navigate to Dashboard -> Agenta Leads Manager.
Next, navigate to Setup > Alert & Email Settings > Advanced Routing.
Get Copies of Emails Sent to Leads
Here you can select who receives copies of emails that are sent to your leads.
To customize the recipient(s) of a notification type, select Other, and enter the email address of the recipient. You may send copies of notifications to multiple recipients by entering multiple addresses, separated by a comma.
Once finished, click Save Email Settings at the bottom of this section to save any changes.
Options for Emails Sent to You
Here you can manage the recipients of email notifications for lead activity alerts. You can receive an email alert for various types of lead activity, including (but not limited to):
- Lead Registration
- Information Request
- Contact Request
- Showing Request
- Valuation Request
To customize the recipient(s) of a notification type, select Other, and enter the email address of the recipient. You may route notifications to multiple recipients by entering multiple addresses, separated by a comma.
Once finished, click Save Email Settings at the bottom of this section to save any changes.
Broker Plans
When using an Agenta Broker plan for a team of agents, an option labeled Agent, if selected will be present within these settings. If a lead selects a specific agent to work with when they submit one of the lead registration forms, this option will send an email to the selected agent.
