Agenta’s MarketBoost feature provides automated email campaigns and shareable page links that highlight stats, listings and valuable market data for a specified area. Markets help you stay connected with your leads, clients and referral partners using email alerts that provide monthly market data, weekly open house schedules, or daily listing alerts.

Alerts for Clients at Any Stage
Three alert campaigns are available for each Market:
- Daily listing alerts
- Weekly open house alerts
- Monthly market reports
Leads can be subscribed to one or more alert types for a Market, and they’ll receive regular, relevant emails in their inbox. This helps generate referrals from past clients and keeps new leads coming back to your website. Adding your existing database or incoming leads is a simple process. For each Market you define, three pages will be created:
- A Listing Report with all current and sold* listings in that Market
- An Open Homes page displaying scheduled open houses
- A Market Report page that shows current statistics, sold and new listings for the past thirty days, as well as historical trends
* Where available from your MLS
You can receive regular email reports on lead activity, or log in to your Agenta Leads Manager to see detailed reporting on which leads are the most active, including when they received messages, if and when they clicked through, and what properties they viewed. This valuable insight helps you see which leads need your attention now, and reveals which past clients are taking an active interest in the market.
